Common Ground
A faith-based non-profit organization that works alongside churches, ministries, non-profit organizations, businesses, local and state government agencies for the betterment of the Montrose community. MHS Stadium Fund
When the current Montrose High School was built in the 1960s, the local population was much smaller than it is today. As Montrose and its surrounding areas have grown, so have the needs for improvements to the Montrose Community Stadium. A group of civic-minded community leaders have turned to local businesses and private citizens to plan, fund, and execute a long-term plan that will benefit the entire community for years to come.   Hundreds of volunteers have rolled up their sleeves to move dirt and rocks, assemble bleachers, pour concrete, install electrical and plumbing systems, and paint walls. Much has already been accomplished, yet much more lies ahead.

Montrose Botanical Society Endowment
The Montrose Botanical Society is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that provides horticultural education and leadership for residents of the Uncompahgre Valley through the development of botanic gardens for demonstration, education and leisure. The Society created the Montrose Botanic Gardens to be an inspiration and an invaluable educational tool for residents as they strive to enhance a landscape that was once tumbleweed, sage and cactus. Montrose Police Charitable Fund
The Montrose Police Charitable Fund was established as a charitable fund for the annual Blue Tie Affair Police Officer’s gala, a fundraising event for the Montrose Police Department.

Olathe Sweet Corn Festival
A family-friendly event focusing on agriculture and community. The mission is that the event is a community –led effort with strong partnerships that promotes strong engagement by volunteers, local growers, businesses and members of the community. Riverway Initiative
This is a collaboration between Delta Montrose Electric Association (DMEA) and the City of Montrose being joint property owners of a key section of river corridor. It is their vision to create a community asset to be enjoyed for generations to come. This will enable enhanced fishing opportunity in Montrose while offering habitat preservation.

San Miguel Power Association
A member-owned, locally-controlled electric power cooperative that provides safe, reliable, and responsible electric service to approximately 10,000 members and 13,500 meters in western Colorado. The Fund helps assist regional organizations with charitable programs through an annual application and grant review process.

United Methodist Church Endowment
The mission of this congregation is: Joyfully, to Love All, Serve All, and Share Jesus Christ With the World! The Church will use net earnings from the Endowment to enhance the work of the Church to establish new ministries and stewardship opportunities additional to and apart from the general operation of the congregation. Western Colorado Landscape Initiative
Healthy lands for healthy communities. Can you imagine life without our colorful aspen groves, recreational trails, and abundant clean-running rivers? In western Colorado, the quality of life is dependent on the health of our natural lands. These beautiful meadows and forests provide drinking water, support people’s livelihoods, and recharge personal spirits. The WCLC supports a large array of projects to improve the health of natural lands.
